The Proxcys column designs are robust, resulting in exceptionally industrial compatibility since the use of Proxcys columns offers a large tolerance for errors, like accidental air, flow and pressure variations.
The Mini Column design comes with an integrated valved packing port which results in improved column performances and ensures easy handling. The clear acrylic cylinder allows to study the resin behavior and bed build-up during column packing. These choices of material together with the straight forward design reduces the learning curve, allowing you to focus on further operation and feasibility testing. Flow distribution, bed heights, frits and other physical parameters are truly equal to both small scale and full radial process columns.
RFC column design lends itself perfectly for customization in terms of bed height, bed volume, frit porosities, connectors etc. Several frit porosities, to match with bead sizes between 10 μm and 300 μm, are available upon request. Proxcys offers resin studies to select the right frit porosity. All columns can be delivered pre-packed with resin of choice, including column qualification and packing parameters.
