Earlier this week we provided our client insight in column scale-up by means of a hands-on packing demo at Proxcys.

A variety of columns with bed heights of 6, 12 and 20cm in the range of 5 – 50L were packed, demonstrating the ease of use, robustness and scalability of Radial Flow Chromatography columns. To enable clear view into the column to study bed build-up and packing progress, acrylic columns were selected.
